1.Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of WorkflowPlus, including our website, mobile applications, software, features, content, and related services.
By creating an account, accessing the platform, purchasing a subscription through the app, uploading content, joining a group, or otherwise using WorkflowPlus, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the service.
If you use WorkflowPlus on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, references to "you" also include that entity.
Additional guidelines, policies, notices, or product-specific terms made available by WorkflowPlus may apply to certain features or services. Where applicable, those materials form part of these Terms.
WorkflowPlus may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires a different form of consent.
2.Eligibility
You may use WorkflowPlus only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or using the service. You may not use false identities, misleading contact details, or another person's information without authorization.
If you access WorkflowPlus on behalf of an employer, team, client, or other organization, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with any internal policies, authority limits, and applicable legal obligations.
WorkflowPlus may refuse access to the service, suspend registrations, or limit availability where necessary to comply with law, protect the platform, prevent abuse, or address security, fraud, or compliance concerns.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of WorkflowPlus is permitted in your jurisdiction and consistent with any laws, regulations, or contractual obligations that apply to you.
3.User Accounts
To access certain features of WorkflowPlus, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete registration information and to keep that information updated.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless such activity results directly from WorkflowPlus's own failure to implement reasonable security measures. You must use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons or allow others to access the service in a manner that circumvents intended account, licensing, role, or permission controls.
WorkflowPlus may offer account-based features such as profile settings, group participation, team management, project access, role assignment, and subscription-based functionality. Access to certain features may depend on your account status, subscription status, permissions, or organizational role.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk to the platform or other users, or are reasonably suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or unlawful activity.
4.Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
You must promptly notify WorkflowPlus if you believe your account, password, email address, device, or authentication process has been compromised, or if you become aware of any unauthorized use of the service.
WorkflowPlus may require email verification, password resets, access restrictions, re-authentication, or other security measures in order to protect accounts, maintain platform integrity, or investigate suspected misuse.
You may not attempt to bypass authentication measures, role restrictions, security controls, or access limitations, whether for your own account or for any other account, group, project, or administrative feature.
While WorkflowPlus implements reasonable measures intended to protect account security, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using strong credentials, protecting your devices, and maintaining appropriate internal security practices where the service is used by teams or organizations.
5.User Content and Data Ownership
You retain ownership of the files, data, text, materials, project content, group content, and other content that you upload, submit, create, store, or manage through WorkflowPlus ("User Content").
By using WorkflowPlus, you grant WorkflowPlus a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, format, back up, and otherwise use User Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and provide the service to you and, where applicable, to users you authorize.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal bases required to upload, use, share, or otherwise process User Content through WorkflowPlus. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and appropriateness of User Content.
WorkflowPlus does not claim ownership of your User Content. However, we may remove, restrict, or disable access to User Content where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce these Terms, respond to complaints, address security concerns, or prevent harm to the platform, users, or third parties.
Where WorkflowPlus is used by a business, team, or organization, rights of access, control, transfer, deletion, and administration of User Content may also depend on the workspace structure, group ownership, project permissions, administrative roles, and applicable internal policies established by that organization.
Except as otherwise required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, backup retention, or legitimate operational needs, WorkflowPlus will generally process User Content for the benefit of the user or organization that submitted it and in accordance with the permissions and settings made available within the service.
6.Groups and Team Management
WorkflowPlus may allow users to create groups, invite members, assign roles, manage permissions, and collaborate on projects, files, reports, and related content within a shared workspace environment.
If you create, administer, or manage a group, team, or workspace, you are responsible for assigning permissions carefully, managing access appropriately, and ensuring that invited users are authorized to access the relevant content and features.
Administrative or manager-level users may have broader visibility into group settings, member activity, shared content, project information, and permission structures, depending on the functionality of the service and the roles assigned within the platform.
You acknowledge that content shared within a group or workspace may become accessible to other authorized members based on the settings, roles, permissions, and actions taken by group administrators or other authorized users.
WorkflowPlus is not responsible for internal disputes between users, team members, organizations, administrators, managers, or invited participants regarding ownership, access rights, editing rights, removal decisions, or control of group or project content, except to the extent required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or remove group functionality, member access, or administrative privileges where necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, respond to legal obligations, investigate misuse, or address security, fraud, or abuse concerns.
7.Subscriptions and Billing
WorkflowPlus may offer paid access to premium features, enhanced tools, expanded usage limits, reporting functionality, administrative controls, or other subscription-based functionality through recurring in-app subscriptions.
If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, cancellations, payment processing, and related transaction management may be handled by the applicable app marketplace provider in accordance with that provider's terms and policies.
WorkflowPlus does not use serial keys, activation keys, license codes, or similar external upgrade credentials for consumer app marketplace purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Subscription availability, pricing, billing periods, free trials, renewal terms, and included features may vary by platform, territory, offering, or promotional period and will be presented to you at the time of purchase inside the app.
You are responsible for reviewing the applicable subscription terms presented at purchase and for managing your subscription through the relevant app marketplace account where required.
WorkflowPlus may suspend, restrict, or revoke access to premium features where a subscription expires, is cancelled, is refunded, is reversed, was obtained fraudulently, or is otherwise unavailable or invalid under the applicable marketplace transaction records.
Any refund rights for app marketplace purchases are governed by the applicable policies of Apple or Google and any mandatory rights provided by law.
8.Acceptable Use
You may use WorkflowPlus only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others, interfere with the operation of the service, compromise security, or misuse platform features, accounts, groups, projects, reports, or uploaded content.
You must not use WorkflowPlus to upload, store, transmit, distribute, or facilitate content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, harassing, threatening, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or otherwise harmful to WorkflowPlus, its users, or third parties.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, group, project, file, feature, administrative area, or data, nor attempt to bypass permissions, technical controls, licensing restrictions, or authentication measures.
You must not use the service to introduce malware, harmful code, automated abuse, scraping mechanisms, spam, denial-of-service activity, credential attacks, or any other behavior that may damage, disrupt, overload, probe, or impair the service or related systems.
You must not misuse discoverability, contact, invitation, reporting, messaging, upload, or collaboration features in a way that violates privacy, enables harassment, facilitates spam, or exposes other users or organizations to risk.
WorkflowPlus may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access to the service, content, groups, projects, or accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the platform, respond to complaints, or comply with law.
9.Software License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable purchase or license conditions, WorkflowPlus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the WorkflowPlus software and related services for your internal personal or business use.
This license is granted, not sold. WorkflowPlus and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the software, platform, interfaces, designs, code, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property, except for the limited rights expressly granted to you under these Terms.
If WorkflowPlus is made available through a mobile application marketplace, your use of the mobile application is also subject to any applicable marketplace rules, policies, and permitted-use requirements, provided those rules do not reduce your obligations under these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works from, republish, sublicense, distribute, sell, lease, or otherwise exploit any part of WorkflowPlus except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
You may not use WorkflowPlus in a manner that exceeds the scope of your authorized access, subscription status, purchased entitlements, or permitted technical usage. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved by WorkflowPlus.
10.Service Availability
WorkflowPlus aims to provide reliable access to the service, but the platform is made available on an "as available" and "as is" basis, subject to maintenance, updates, technical limitations, security events, third-party dependencies, internet connectivity, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or update any part of the service, including features, integrations, limits, interfaces, mobile applications, or premium functionality, where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, commercial, or security reasons.
WorkflowPlus does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent availability of any specific feature, or compatibility with every device, browser, operating system, integration, or deployment environment.
Scheduled or unscheduled downtime may occur for maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure work, incident response, security remediation, performance improvements, or third-party service interruptions.
You are responsible for maintaining your own internet access, compatible systems, internal backups where appropriate, and business continuity measures appropriate to your use of the platform.
11.Termination
You may stop using WorkflowPlus at any time. Where account deletion features are available, you may request deletion of your account through the in-app deletion functionality or through any web-based deletion route made available by WorkflowPlus, subject to any verification, security, or legal requirements that may apply.
WorkflowPlus may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the service, with or without notice where reasonably appropriate, if we believe that you have violated these Terms, created risk to the platform or other users, engaged in fraud or unlawful conduct, failed to comply with applicable obligations, or used the service in a manner that is abusive, unauthorized, or harmful.
We may also suspend or terminate access where necessary to comply with law, respond to court orders or regulatory requirements, protect system integrity, investigate security incidents, prevent misuse, or address inactivity, technical risk, or discontinuation of the service.
Upon termination, your right to access and use WorkflowPlus will cease to the extent specified by WorkflowPlus. Certain data, logs, backups, transaction records, support records, or compliance-related information may continue to be retained for a reasonable period where necessary for legal, operational, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions relating to ownership, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute-related provisions, and compliance obligations, will survive termination to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12.Disclaimers
WorkflowPlus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. WorkflowPlus makes no representation or warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for your particular needs or intended outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkflowPlus disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, or compatibility.
WorkflowPlus does not warrant that files, reports, analytics, outputs, notifications, group functionality, search results, discoverability settings, or other platform features will always function without delay, omission, inaccuracy, or technical limitation.
You acknowledge that your use of the service is at your own risk and that you are responsible for evaluating whether the service is appropriate for your particular legal, operational, compliance, security, or business requirements.
No advice, information, support communication, documentation, or statement provided by WorkflowPlus or its representatives creates any warranty unless expressly stated in writing in a binding agreement signed by an authorized representative of WorkflowPlus.
13.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WorkflowPlus and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill, data, anticipated savings, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkflowPlus will not be liable for loss or damage arising from unauthorized access, account compromise, data loss, content deletion, service interruption, downtime, incompatibility, third-party misconduct, malware, infrastructure failure, internet failure, or events outside our reasonable control, except to the extent caused directly by our willful misconduct or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of WorkflowPlus for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the lesser of: (a) the amount you paid to WorkflowPlus for the relevant service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) one hundred euros (€100). If you did not pay WorkflowPlus for the relevant service during that period, WorkflowPlus will have no monetary liability to you.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities. In such cases, some of the limitations in these Terms may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14.Governing Law
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which ALMA Total Solutions is established, unless a different governing law is required by mandatory applicable law.
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the service, or your relationship with WorkflowPlus will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection law or other mandatory legal requirements provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms prevents WorkflowPlus from seeking injunctive relief, protective measures, or equivalent urgent remedies in any jurisdiction where such relief is reasonably necessary to protect its rights, systems, confidential information, intellectual property, or users.
