License Terms

Last updated: March 11, 2026
Effective date: March 11, 2026

These License Terms govern your right to install, access, and use the WorkflowPlus application and related services, including mobile applications distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and any related updates.

Use of WorkflowPlus is licensed, not sold, and remains subject to these License Terms together with our Terms & Conditions and any applicable marketplace terms that govern app distribution or in-app subscriptions.

1.License Grant

Subject to your compliance with the Terms & Conditions and any applicable purchase requirements, WorkflowPlus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the WorkflowPlus software and related services.

This license permits you to use WorkflowPlus for your internal personal or business purposes, including managing projects, uploading files, organizing groups, collaborating with authorized team members, and using platform features provided through the service.

The license granted under these Terms does not transfer ownership of the software, platform technology, source code, or related intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted to you remain reserved by WorkflowPlus and its licensors.

Your right to use WorkflowPlus continues only for as long as you comply with the applicable legal terms and any license conditions that apply to your account or purchase.

2.Mobile App License

If WorkflowPlus is accessed through a mobile application distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of the mobile application is also subject to the rules and policies of the applicable app marketplace.

WorkflowPlus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the mobile application on devices that you own or control, solely in connection with the WorkflowPlus service and in accordance with these License Terms.

Any subscription-based access to premium functionality made available within the app is governed by the applicable in-app purchase terms presented at the time of purchase and the applicable marketplace billing rules.

WorkflowPlus does not use serial keys, activation keys, or externally entered consumer license codes for in-app marketplace purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

3.Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of WorkflowPlus, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

You may not attempt to bypass technical protections, license enforcement mechanisms, security controls, or access restrictions implemented within the service.

You may not use WorkflowPlus to create competing services, replicate platform functionality, conduct automated scraping, extract proprietary information, or otherwise misuse the service or underlying technology.

You must not remove or alter any copyright notices, proprietary notices, branding elements, or license information included within the WorkflowPlus platform or applications.

4.Updates and Modifications

WorkflowPlus may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, security patches, interface changes, and new features from time to time to improve the service or address technical, operational, or legal requirements.

These updates may be delivered automatically through the platform or through app marketplace update mechanisms, depending on how the service is accessed.

Updates may modify, replace, improve, or discontinue certain features, provided that WorkflowPlus does not materially misrepresent purchased license rights.

By continuing to use WorkflowPlus after updates become available, you agree that such updates may be installed and applied as part of the ongoing operation of the service.

5.Termination of License

Your license to use WorkflowPlus remains valid only while you comply with these License Terms and the applicable Terms & Conditions.

WorkflowPlus may suspend, revoke, or terminate the license where reasonably necessary to enforce legal terms, address misuse, investigate fraud, comply with legal obligations, protect platform security, or prevent harm to the service or other users.

If your license is terminated, you must stop using the WorkflowPlus software and any related applications, except where continued access is permitted under applicable law or separate written agreement.

Termination of the license does not affect provisions that by their nature survive termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and legal compliance.
