Refund Policy

Last updated: March 11, 2026
Effective date: March 11, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for WorkflowPlus purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Where a purchase is processed by Apple or Google, refund handling, billing disputes, cancellations, and transaction administration may be governed by the policies and procedures of the applicable app marketplace, together with any mandatory rights provided by law.

1.App Marketplace Purchases

WorkflowPlus subscriptions for the consumer mobile app are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Where a purchase is processed by Apple or Google, the applicable marketplace may control billing, renewals, cancellations, refund handling, and other transaction-related matters.

WorkflowPlus may not be able to issue direct refunds for transactions processed entirely by Apple or Google.

2.How Refunds Work

If you purchased a WorkflowPlus subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play and you want to request a refund, you should follow the refund procedures made available by the relevant marketplace provider.

Approval, denial, timing, and method of any refund may depend on the policies, procedures, and transaction records of the applicable marketplace provider, as well as any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Submitting a request to WorkflowPlus does not guarantee that WorkflowPlus can directly process or approve a refund for a marketplace-handled purchase.

3.Cancellations

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play must generally be managed and cancelled through the user's account with the applicable marketplace provider unless the app or marketplace interface states otherwise.

Cancelling a subscription will usually stop future renewals, but may not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period unless the applicable marketplace policy or mandatory law provides otherwise.

4.Access After Refund or Reversal

If a subscription purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, cancelled, or otherwise invalidated, WorkflowPlus may suspend, limit, or revoke access to any premium features or subscription-based functionality associated with that transaction.

WorkflowPlus also reserves the right to restrict access where there is a reasonable basis to believe that a refund request, payment dispute, or transaction reversal involves fraud, abuse, or misuse of the service.

5.Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies that you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
